We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on your first order.


1. Returns

  • Not happy with the results of your product? Please contact us at support@nurawellness.co so we can learn more about the issue and make it right.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies to one (1) opened container of any specific product.

  • Multi-Unit Orders: If you purchased multiple units (e.g., a 3-pack) and wish to return them, the remaining units must be returned unopened and sealed to qualify for a full refund.

  • Timeline: You must request a return within 120 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Requirement: To prevent fraud, you may be required to return the empty or unused portion of the product to us.

    Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders placed more than 90 days ago.

  • Opened items exceeding the "One Open Unit" limit per customer.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Partial refunds may be granted if items are not returned in their original condition.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.


4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription purchases can be canceled at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals already processed.
    To avoid being charged, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.


5. Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and make it right.


6. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our team at support@nurawellness.co with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if eligible.

  3. Pack your product securely and ship it to the address provided.

  4. Once received, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders placed more than 90 days ago.

  • Opened items exceeding the "One Open Unit" limit per customer.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items not purchased directly through our official website.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nurawellness.co.
