During product launches, restocks or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 1–7 business days (after dispatch)- Express & Standard options available (eg. USPS Ground Standard)
- International orders: 5–15 business days (varies by country and carrier)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or other carrier issues.

Shipping Carriers

We work with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post & more depending on your location and the best available rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website or your preferred package tracker.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, but we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary. Please contact us via email so we can investigate and assist you.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days delivery via email: support@nurawellness.co with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
